For countinous paint cunsumption in a painshop or on site work ,Bullows offers MS Build zinc plated pressure feed tanks for solvent based paint supply in 9, 22 & 45 ltr capasity.
For water born coatings trio offers pressure feed tanks with all wetted parts in ss material.
Each tank contains a air regulator, pressure guage, safety valve, fluid cut off ball valve, fluid tube with suction stainner & as paint is a homogenious mixture of various solid & liquid parts to maintain its mixture uniformity a strirrer is provided (manual or auto options available.)
Where substantial quantities of any one material are used, it is recommended that Pressure Feed Containers should always be used instead of cups.
Their use can show considerable saving of time and paint as well as greater uniformity of finish. No time is lost in filling small cups—spillage and waste of materials can be obviated.
Paint can be thinned in bulk to the correct viscosity, so minimising colour variation; with mechanical agitation, variation can be eliminated entirely.
The operator has greater freedom of manipulation as the spray gun can be turned to any position without danger of spilling or cutting off the paint supply. He can spray faster because of both higher rate of coverage with pressure feed and reduction of fatigue by virtue of lighter weight.
Binks-Bullows Pressure Feed Containers are available for a wide range of applications and in sizes from 2 gallon to 100 gallon (9 litres to 455 litres).
The standard construction is suitable for all normal finishing fluids with the exception of ceramics. For ceramics, a special range is available in materials selected for this particular duty, both to avoid possible discoloration of the fluid and to resist the effects of abrasion.
All Bullows containers (except the 2 gallon size) can be
fitted with the Bullows L.20 Air Motor for continuous agitation.
